Actually, it doesn't. ALL but one of videos on that channel have the comments disabled and a good half of them also have the like/dislike ratings disabled. Also, look at the trailer's like bar. It's arguably the most liked video on that channel. Them having the comments disabled out of your suggested hate doesn't really make any sense.
